Ras Amba Hotel - Addis Ababa

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better - it was very central, so I was able to easily walk to the university, museums, and other central locations. Plus, being close to the National Museum of Ethiopia was a huge plus. The view of the city from both the restaurant and my room was gorgeous. The hotel facilities were great, with spotlessly clean rooms and comfortable beds. The staff were helpful and accommodating, even arranging a late check out for my evening flight. And let's not forget the awesome breakfast with amazing coffee and fresh juice!

We liked everything at ras amba including the food and rooms. National museum of ethiopia is only 10 minutes' walk away from the place. The view from the terrace.

There are a bar and restaurant on-site, both serving excellent refreshments. the hotel boasts an outdoor area, ideal for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

The shower runs cold far too often, causing discomfort during bathing.

Spent my Christmas holiday in a hotel that offered great service at a reasonable price. The location was excellent, close to the central area with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always willing to offer assistance. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the city. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide range of options, and the free airport shuttle made our arrival and departure stress-free.

The hot water and water pressure in the shower were not always reliable, but the staff was quick to address any issues. The Wi-Fi signal in the room was a bit weak, but it worked fine in the lobby and restaurant areas.

Had a great new year's stay with complementary champagne and chocolates, located conveniently near the National Museum and had a beautiful city view from the rooftop. The staff was friendly, and the food was decent.

The wifi signal was weak, and the rooms were a bit cold during the rainy season.

Spent Easter weekend here and had a blast! Loved the amazing views of the city from the balcony and rooftop terrace, especially during the night. the breakfast was so delicious, a mix of local fruit and fresh omelets. the location was perfect, we were able to walk easily to the National Museum and other nearby tour sites. the friendly and helpful staff always greeted us with huge smiles.

The rooms were a little worn out and basic, it could use some renovation. the electricity blackouts were frequent but the hotel had a generator for lighting.

Great location with a scenic view and central to attractions. Despite water issues, the staff were quick to resolve any problems. Comfortable rooms and amazing breakfast.
